OK so this costume was adorable my little beagle! Many congratulations and laughter. Needless to say, my dog hated me, but everyone else loved it. I ordered her a little, it could be a bit big on her anyway, but the velcro straps were wayyy too long to be done for a small dog. I ended up having to tie it over her, because it was not just staying put. p.s. the hat .... omg... I die
